Positive: The house was the gem of our trip to Montenegro this summer with our two daughters. With modern kids we enjoyed everyone having a room of her own, if you know, what I mean. Yes, the house was the closest one to perfect one could practically get. The charming house is on top of a hill, inside a perfectly quiet neighborhood, in the center of a fruit tree yard and with a fabulous view on the mountains and the see. It combines the feel of being a new house and one, that was a home for a caring family before. Very comfortable, everything needed included. All the facilities and supplies. Even the tablets for the dishwasher were there, which is a rare thing in our wide experience. Comfortable rooms and beds, dining room, kitchen, two perfectly clean bathrooms, washing machine, all the towels and bed linen, etc., you name it. We especially enjoyed having family breakfasts on the terrace in front of a house, where there was a shade in the morning and a stunning view. Under the cypress and pomegranate trees. I'm sharing a photo. The location is always a relative thing, depending on your plans and preferences. However, there are a few top rated beaches and restaurants around, a couple of minutes by car (which you definitely need, of course), as well as walking trails and sightseeing goals. And it's close to the Tivat airport (not disturbingly loud, if you are concerned - just a couple of planes landing per day from this side and none in the night time, so absolutely not a problem) and the borders with Bosnia (we would recommend, if you travel by car, as well) and Croatia. Food stores, local restaurants, ATM, post office, etc. But most of all we enjoyed the care of the hostess. Starting with the welcome email and instructions. Then a plate of local sweets on the table, a bottle of wine and some cocktails in the fridge waiting for the tired travelers... Best of care and bonuses for us the whole way. Exceptional. We are extremely thankful and happy to have stayed here.

Negative: Nothing in fact (but you won't accept that, right?). Well, there are always things to improve, but in this case these were just "nice to haves" on top of the perfection. A couple of sunbeds would be great to add to the inventory maybe. The shower on the upper floor might benefit from some finetuning - a minor thing, it's working fine, we used it without a problem and didn't report it to the host - I new I would need to write something in this section to make it credible )) But, seriously, nothing worth consideration.

Positive: Perfect location, quite place. Amazing Sea and Mountains view. Very friendly owners. 2 full bathrooms. Enough space for 3 couples. 1st floor was recently renovated. Pet friendly house! But note that area is not fenced.

Negative: The only thing I can mention is poor Wi-Fi. It wasn't ok to do some work. On the other hand I had completely relaxing vacation ;)

Positive: The house is great for 3 families, beautiful location and view both to the sea and garden. No way to stay here without a car, but with a car, it takes 10 minutes to Lustica and Horizonti beaches and 15-20 minutes to Kotor and Tivat. Thanks for the old chess board!

Negative: The parking is not that great, but anyway it exists, which is really good. The toilet door downstairs can't be locked, but it's really minor problem.
